I did, thanks for the details it's very appreciated :D

Just thinking what to do first from the bigger parts, I do really like the idea of saving 25kgs with the sun roof blank. I need to take my roof liner off on the weekend and have a proper look at it to see how best to go about the install. How long did it take you BTW?

5-6 hours all in taking into account pizza and smoking time! i did take my seats out mind and they are a pita to get back in. thing is its a good bit of weight to loose as well due to it being at the highest point in the car!

Somehow I'm a day ahead of schedule :D

Got some prototypes into the mould this morning to see how they came out. So we have pictures of the original shapes and also the ones modified to to be like the aztec ones ;)

The moulds need a little more work just to level them out so the parts take a little easier which is half hours work and jobs a good un. Installed pics of both types, I like the aztec ones so the prototypes are staying on my car

Don't worry about the flicks on the first set, they weren't stuck down.

These have been done with a single skin of fibre but you can't see through them when installed as shown in the pics.

So, prices.

Double skin glass fibre £35 (not as strong as CF)

Single skin CF £40

Single skin CF backed on glass fibre £45

Double skin CF £55

The prices are for a pair delivered in the UK and all will be trial fitted on my car for a good fit before shipping.
