Well.. he in not taking liability for hitting me? Not sure how he figures that one out?? My insurance will write it off if i claim and probably get about 700 for it, and the other thing is that they dispose of the vehicle, i can't buy it back off them. So not gonna let them get rid of another lude.

Will they definitely dispose of it? When I smashed my green 'lude the insurers let me buy it back for £50 (including delivery!)
How can he not accept liability? Do you have any witnesses?

Yeah they said they would dispose of it, i dont really understand because a few years back a similar thing happened with the missus lude but she was able to buy it back off them, and this is the same insurance company :?
They was no witnesses so its his word against mine. :evil:
