Ouch, that sucks.

Did you try and get the other guy to pay for repairs?

Well.. he in not taking liability for hitting me? Not sure how he figures that one out?? My insurance will write it off if i claim and probably get about 700 for it, and the other thing is that they dispose of the vehicle, i can't buy it back off them. So not gonna let them get rid of another lude.

Will they definitely dispose of it? When I smashed my green 'lude the insurers let me buy it back for £50 (including delivery!)
How can he not accept liability? Do you have any witnesses?

Yeah they said they would dispose of it, i dont really understand because a few years back a similar thing happened with the missus lude but she was able to buy it back off them, and this is the same insurance company

They was no witnesses so its his word against mine.
