The vtec air flow meter, lol, is probably the vafc aka vtec air flow converter.

Although don't think it's much use as a reading tool on the other side of the car

I am amazed how many people dont even bother washing their cars before taking photos for the advert / auction.

Think you will find the "VTEC airflow meter" is a mod specific to the type r ;)
