Just discovered something really useful. If you are receiving spam text messages, forward them to 7726 (on a traditional keypad this spells SPAM). It's a shortcode used by the mobile operators to allow people to report spam messages. As people report them, the Operators start blocking them. Get reporting people!
Note: It's 87726 on Vodafone, cos they like being different for no readily apparent reason.

Now that is handy knowledge I shall tell everyone I know.
I keep getting PPI, Loans, Accident Claims, etc. Really bugs me.
Can I report friends that I don't like too?
