How VTEC works ...
Can't remember exactly what the i-vtec involves, was it the deactivating of 1 inlet valve per cylinder at low revs to increase velocity?

How VTEC works ...
iVTEC uses VTC to allow continuous variable intake valve overlap for airflow on the intake cam only.
