This claims to be a JDM SiR.
But...
It doesn't have a red top and it has a 4th gen intake plenum?

It does have JDM front fogs, aftermarket (import fitted) rear foglight and an OEM front strut brace.

Unfortunately no shot showing the VIN location, otherwise it would be easy to confirm if JDM or not.

Thoughts, people?

Sir's are blacktop. 197bhp same as a 4th gen with 10.6.1 compression. Your thinking of sir spec. That's redtop LSD and 217bhp

Freely admit I'm not a 5th Gen spec geek.
Shouldn't have a 4th Gen intake though?

Should have the type with a box halfway along the main run?

Definitely the correct intake for an sir. Its basically a 4th gen engine fitted to these.
