I had to do a double take on the engine, thinking it was actually a B, then I realised it's just 'cause the alternator wiring loom is missing from over the head!

Also says is has NOS, but can't see the NOS Bits

I'd hit it!
You can see in one of the pics the ECU in the footwell. The ECU looks squarish, just like the OBDII ECU's in 5th gens. I would think that is the OEM ATR ECU.

The civic has an apexi vaccine. I assume that's what he means by mapped.
