Why is the number plate the biggest selling point?

It's the main line in the item description FFS!
So much so, that if you search for "prelude vtec" it doesn't even show up in the primary search results, only in the 'more items related to your search' section below!

Which is a shame, because it actually looks like it could be good one?!

It's not even an especially good 'private' plate.
What makes it stand out, though, are either the 'Safety Belt Pretensioners' or the line:
"Type: Four Wheel Drive"

I like trying to figure out the more obscure private plates. For example my Isuzu is running 'XEL 34B' even though it was imported on a J plate. Wtf is that supposed to read?!?!
