A few bits for/suitable for Preludes in here:
http://shop.12tune.com/sale-products.html

Incidentally, I just ordered something off then and they forgot to add the delivery charge of EUR25 onto the order - it listed it as a costed item, but it wasn't added into the total!

Well I ordered something from 12 tune and they despatched it same day, with delivery by UPS within 2 days, which was excellent.

Unfortunately I have no idea where it's been delivered! According to UPS it was delivered to "RESIDENTIAL" and signed for by "BENTER". No-one was at home at the time they said it was delivered, no-one lives here with that name and no card was left saying it was with a neighbour and my immediate neighours don't have that surname. :(

So I assumed it had been delivered to someone nearby and rang UPS to see if they could tell me where it had been delivered. It's a voice activated fully automated system that just tells you the same info as online (delivery date/time/name that signed for it). You then get 'helpful' options to repeat, check another item or <something else completely useless that I forget> I want to SPEAK to someone!
Had a brainwave from another automated system I've used for a bank or something a while ago and said "advisor" and it worked :) Put me through to someone on the other side of the world, evidentaly sat in a cavern while gargling through a tube full of water...

Unfortunately the woman was adament that it said it had been delivered to the correct address, it hadn't been delivered anywhere else and that was all she could help me with, I would have to go back to the seller

So I've messaged 12tune and let's hope they can resolve it.

Surprised at the gentleman's sausage up by UPS though :( and just annoyed at how bloody useless these massive centralised companies are. If I could speak to whichever branch delivered it, I'm sure they could find out what the driver has done with it and save all this aggro!

Glad you got it in the end mate.

I wonder what your next course of action might have been though, if you hadn't taken the initiative to look further down the road?

Would it have been investigated further? Would you have got your money back? Or would you have been stiffed?
