Alright guys

I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Would like to point out when the car is holding its own weight, I cannot move the tie rod.

The movement 00:00 - 00:40 is entirely normal - they’re meant to do that.
What you shouldn’t have is play laterally (wheel pulled out-away and back towards the tie rod). Can’t tell from the rest of the video if you have that or not - the tiny amount of play you mentioned could be the tiny amount of play you get through the rest of the steering system (inner tie rods and rack/pinion). Only you can tell that by feel. If you lock the steering (take the key out so the steering lock goes on) and pull/push on the wheel at 9 and 3 while looking at the tie rod where it attaches to the hub, can you see or feel anything give? Thats where you shouldn’t be able to.

Yeah, I said 6 and 3 in the video but I meant 9 and 3. Before I started the video I was doing exactly as you said, wheel full lock and shaking 9,3 and looking at the tie rod. Couldn't see anything moving.

I think I'll leave it and see what happens, if anything, it may end up being an advisory only.

Note, if they advise the joints are fine but the boots are faulty, the boots can be replaced without changed the tie rod ends - buy the boots and clips from Honda and then follow instructions in the service manual to replace them.
