You will need:
2 wheel steer subframe
2 wheel steer tie rod arms(trailing arms some people call it)
Ball joint separater (Machine mart do a gud one for cheap)
Tools obviously
Jack
Axle stands (safety first)
How I did it:
I jacked up the rear of the car on both sides.
Took both rear wheels off.
Took the brake caliper off.
Brake disks off.
Wheel sensors off (you won't need these anymore)
took the hub off (I undid the 4 14mm bolts holding it on)
You do this so you can access the lower ball joint that connects the knuckle to the Lower control arm)
Unbolted to rear suspension from the lower control arm and also the horizontal arm that also connects to it.
I then undid the ball joint castle nut (take the cotter pin out first)
Now the hard part, you need to separate the lower control arm from the ball joint. I used a hammer (the are extra little casts that you can wack with a hammer but be careful or you'll split the boot) alternatively you could go and ask honda if they have a joint separater big enough for the job.
Next thing to do is undo the rear tie rod castle nuts (also cotter pin)
I then used the joint separater I bought from machine mart and popped the off the knuckle.
Once you've done this on both sides you can take the undo all the wires connecting to the 4ws unit (bit of a pain)
Now you are ready to unbolt the subframe
it's 4 17mm bolts
The subframe should now separate from the car.
Now you can separate the Lower control arms from the 4ws subframe (might be quite difficult, but mine just came right off)
Fitting the 2ws subframe is basically reverse. It's a lot easier cos it's lighter.
Now fit everything back together and double check making sure everything is torqued up correctly.
Now lower the car and take it for a spin.
It's only a rough guide but there's not much info out there on it. if you've got any questions just let me know.
Hope it helps a little..
