How do you remove these things from the rear calipers
I got the split pin out, but the clevis pin won't rotate or push out. Hammered it with an impact driver but nothing happened

somebody please save me before I get the drill out!

Grip the head with some mole grips at 90 degrees and rotate back and forth, use a flat blade screwdriver to lever it out as you turn. A bit of WD 40 might help lubricate it a bit too. Mine were stubborn too, and this worked a charm.

I've always got a spare set of these. They rarely come out without a fight so I just drill the heads off and punch them in and right through.

If they're going to be effort then I think I'll drill and punch them, at least I know they'll come out that way. I'm in no rush to get the caliper back on so I can get a replacement pin at some point. Cheers guys

i have one of these in my toolbox for small precision heating.
and one of these for the bigger stuff like pad carrier bolts.
warm the pin, it will come out.
