Rear ABS hubs

I have a set of rear hubs/bearings, that I originally bought for my 4g but didn't need them as that wasn't the fault.

However, I'm about to do some extensive work on my 5g Motegi and wondered if the hubs were the same. I don't need hubs on the Motegi either, but, as I was going to redo the entire suspension I thought I could fit these hubs/bearings on at the same time.

Are the rear (with ABS) hubs/bearings the same on the 4g as the 5g?

5g vtec and 4g hubs have different bolt patterns.
4g are 4x114.3, 5g are 5x114.3
