Power Steering Pump

Got a slight leak on the power steering pump in my 4th gen BB1.
Im not sure but i think its from the seal behind the backplate thats held on with 4 bolts. Cant see any leaks from the top hose.
Ive been ignoring this fro awhile but the pump has started to make humming noises at idle from time to time.
I was thinking of just getting a new seal from Honda (91349-PY3-000) at around £10 but not sure if that will fix it so any advice/tips appreciated and would be great if anyone knows where to get a cheap(ish) aftermarket rebuild kit from.
