Steering rack kaput.

Morning all, yesterday I asked Jason to give the car an oil change and filter as well as changing the gearbox oil. At the same time, I asked him to look at the steering, as I feel it's too heavy.
I realise that 'heavy' is a relative term, but when I had the rear tints done late last year, the tint shop owner actually commented on it, saying he thought it felt pretty heavy as well.
Anyway, it's one of those things that's been forgotten about, but yesterday I asked Jason to flush the power steering system and refill it with proper Honda fluid, just in case that was a problem area.
After he'd done that, he called me and said the steering was still 'heavy', the cause being the steering rack having (I'm using his words here), "an internal leak".
So obviously we need to look for another over here, but I just wanted to clarify, do I need a 2WS rack or a 4WS rack (given I've had all the 4WS gubbins removed from my car)?
For the record, it's still driveable but now we know it's an issue, I'd like to get a new one fitted anyway.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks fellas.
