This is a 2.0 5th gen its only started doing it recently it has been lowered it didnt do it on standard springs so I was thinking of changing them back as roads round here are terrible an keep scraping the car everywhere so I was thinking that has knocked everything out

Have you checked the front ball joints and steering rack?
Wheel inbalance usually just vibrates.

does this just happen on the motorway cause if yours are like the one around me they suffer from tramlines which causes a car to ride up and down the dips giving the problem you mention

No you can feel it at speed down the side roads you hit bout 60 on motorway an it starts swaying around can be bit hairy so I try not to it much at mo but with work has to be driven
