Hi guys. Did anyone had any experience with Muteki SR48 wheels nuts, they are good quality, how about chipping ??

My dad has the red ones on his ep3. He likes them but I was disappointed at how easily they chipped.

Both the Muteki and Blox wheel nuts in those links are fakes. Pretty much all 'branded' nuts on eBay are fake. Genuine Muteki's are more expensive too, around £90. As we get them.

I had blox or blox reps on my rollypolly lude
Chipped straight away and the white powder started falling off them
Were on the car over winter last year and never again

Real Muteki's dont flake, they do rust eventually though, like all wheel nuts. Even the neochrome ones I bought lasted over 2 years before they needed some attention and we get lots of salt on the roads here.
I generally use nothing but Muteki nuts as they are a good forged steel nut. I get my ones from Funky Power.

Mcgard splinedrive. 3 years on and still look as good as they did new. Shiny and chromey.

I also had blox nuts off eBay and they faded and looked like jobby after a year or so. So did the Tegiwa ones on my crx. I would say stick to decent ones from reputable manufacturers.
