Where do you feel the shudder through? It is like wheel hop through the drivetrain?

Front or rear, left or right, through the steering wheel or ass

Is it only since you fitted the 17" wheels?

What size tyres are on them?

Is it possible you may have wheel/tyre contact with chassis or suspension??
