Bleeding power steering

Post by Sheree » Sun Nov 15, 2015 2:16 pm

Hey guys. I've just replaced the power steering rack in my 5th generation lude. We are trying to bleed the system so we have filled it to min and started it. It's just chucking out most of the fluid. From what I have read it's full it to min, run it til it stops bubbling, then turn the steering from left to right until it's clear. Has anyone else has this problem with it spitting out most of the fluid? We are using Honda fluid cos I read not to use motor factor ones. Any help or tips would be appreciated
