PAS leak

Hey all,

Back after a seriously long stint away after a very horrible breakup and a lot of other personal stuff and I'm looking at the 'lude which has been my daily all the while and it's not had the love it deserves.
The PAS cooler has sprung a leak and levels drop down reasonably quickly (max > min is about a month or less) so I'm looking to fix it before the next MOT.

Looking at old threads Mishimoto universal coolers were recommended. Is this still the general consensus or would it be better to get some microbore or similar bent, chop the old hoses and clamp it in to make a new cooler?

I've confirmed its not the hoses leaking and is indeed the cooler itself.

Thoughts appreciated.

mine has started doing this it was leaking from one of the pipes so i replaced the honda spring clamp with a jubilee clip that stopped that leak but made it leak somewhere else  now i have to get underneath to find out where

So annoying isn't it?
Managed to check it yesterday during my rad change and I think the cooler is actually split on the bend, just one more thing to add to the list thats ever growing I suppose!

On mine, the previous owner has bypassed the cooler. It's still there, just the hose from the PAS reservoir now goes straight onto a pipe, which I presume goes down to the rack. The cooler looks very past it so I think they may have had a leak from it as well.
