It could well be. Is it a droning noise?

99% sure it's wheel bearings! I've had to change bearings on both prelude I've had, and yes it's this annoying droning noise that gets louder the faster u go.

I wondered how long it would take for a serious answer.

It could be either a wheel bearing or the squealing could be a sticking/seizing caliper. Or dare I say it both? The caliper is an easy check to rule out by seeing if there's movement, while its off a little clean up and regrease of the slider pins should be done. Then check the wheel bearing for play - hold the wheel top and bottom and see if there's movement, then again right to left. Not necessarily always obvious play though.

if its a sticking caliper the disc and wheel will get hot after a drive

just jack up the wheel and spin it if you cant hear it from that slowly turn it and you should feel it grind
