4WS components 4th gen vs 5th gen

Post by RattyMcClelland » Fri Feb 27, 2015 11:20 am

I have an American friend who wants me to source 5th gen 4es parts.

The ecus are obviously different but how different are the rear steering racks, crossmembers and arms.

The have 4ws 4th gens but not 5th gens so so parts could be sourced easily but others not so easily.

Is your "Friend" growing disenchanted with having to drive a non-4ws 5th, hence missing the best handling? ;)

Dunno. Maybe because 4ws 5th gens are unique in the USA.

Well, good luck with it.

Sorry I can't be of any help. 'Tis a noble pursuit.

Hey, 2,500!
