Is this correct? ATR Disc Size? Also Legend Caliper?

Is this correct?

It says the Accord Type-R disc is 25mm? I thought it is mean to be 28mm. Is Brakes International mistaken?

Also the Legend calipers are £20 odd a side cheaper. Its is worth saving the extra £40 and live with having the calipers upside down (legend calipers are trailing Vs ATR ones which are leading)?

That seems incorrect...

IIRC there is another Accord (Type S? 2.2 CDTi?) that is 25mm. Perhaps that's the confusion.

That is what I thought. They are dual piston which the other Accords didnt use. I hope it is a typo error. I am going to contact them to see.

I think the Civic TypeR is 300x25 too for some reason, might be wrong but I'm sure you'll find out soon enough

Yeah Europerformance confirms that the ATR is 300x28mm and the CTR is 300x25mm.

I've seen this in the past, the accord type r's are definitely 28mm as I've just fitted a new set to my wagon.

Yes its worth having the ATR calipers as the pistons are in the correct positions.

Info I saved years ago about the downside to the Legend calipers.

The legend caliper is mounted on the rear of the disc so when fitting legend calipers to a honda with front mounting points it is a good idea to swap the caliper L to R, R to L. This will keep the bleed nipple in the correct location on the caliper, allowing it to be bleed properly. However this mean that the leading piston in the caliper now becomes the trailing piston. It is important to have the correct size piston at the leading edge of the disc. Failure to do so can lead to uneven pad wear.
