What car is it? UK or import 2WS or 4WS?
I would take the car to a wheel alignment specialist, someone who will 100% know what they are doing. Where do you live?

Yeah guys, 2.0, 5th gen, I was up at the car yesterday doing thermostat, coolant and oil change. The car has had tracking done more times than needed when looking at the car track rods and rod ends are all okay with no issues. No knocks or play in the wheels/steering/drive shafts or the steering rack.
It did thoroughly stump me

Unfortunately that doesn't mean much. A competent wheel alignment guy will be able to tell you what is wrong with the car no matter what it is.
My 4th gen used to pull to the left, it was the right hand side radius rod that was at fault. If the wheel alignment place does not check the castor it wouldn't be picked up.
Is there any evidence of uneven wear on the tyres?

Get the wheels straight and then check the distances between the wheels centres and the arches both sides. And then check the wheel base distances both sides. Make sure everything is the same distance on the opposite side.
Got any decent side angle shots to post up?
Could be a bent control arm.

Do you have the latest wheel alignment print out to hand?
