I have this set up. I bought them 2nd hand and have not adjusted them - they are fixed height with top adjuster for stiffness/rebound. I also have 3 koni shocks spare if you need any info on them :)
Im running 205/55/16 tyres so its sitting a bit higher
There should be a few recent photos in my profile thread.

I had koni shocks and h+r springs, the konis I had had adjustable spring seats, look at my profile they sat almost as low as my k sport coiles on the lowest setting! Its bad I'm on my 4th suspension setup now

I know with some koni's you can adjust the height, but only when the shock is off the car - no idea which set I have :? if yours are fixed height though, its likely mine are too.

this is odd as you all pretty much say you sit very low, whereas mine there is a good 2cm gap at the back and 3 cm gap at the front :( very odd, unless the eibach springs I have are only 20/30mm drop and not the 40mm drop I was led to belive many many years ago when I bought them.

best idea I suppose it to take off one set and take a closer look. vanzep I may ask to take a look at one of your spare koni's sometime, cheers matey!

No worries Drax - i guess the height adjustable konis will have a threaded section at the bottom to allow the lower perch to bemoved up or down. On the non adjustable konis the lower perch is same as the oem shocks.
Easy to get some pics if you need ;)

All the prelude Koni shocks are height adjustable, the circlip determines what height it sits at, the fronts have 2 settings, top standard height, lower -20mm, rears have 3, top +15mm, center standard height, lower -15mm ;)

EDIT : updating the front lowering

Just to add while its fresh in my mind, Koni say only use the lower setting on standard springs, if used on the lower setting on lowering springs you will burst the seals.

Ok thats good to know but i still cant see how they are height adjustable :?
The lower perch where the bottom of the spring locates doesnt look adjustable so im wondering where the circlip you mention is-any clarification would be appreciated.
