Hi I've got a set of Tein S-Tech Springs fitted to my car, what's the best upgrade to go with these?
I also have a set of top mounts for the type S strut to fit as well.

I can only speak from what i've currently got fitted to my 4G BB1 but i've also used this same set up on a BB4 4G some years ago, i have S.Tech springs fitted with KYB Excell-G dampers and the ride is almost factory feel but firms up well on bendy bits and doesn't break your spine on bad road surfaces
