I got a pair of rear hubs off a breaker (cheers @w1ggz), much easier than faffing with bearings. I think Dan even has another pair of good hubs which he may be willing to part with ;)

Likewise, think the rear hubs are good on my breaker also.

Are the bearings hard to fit?

Harder than the complete hubs! Needs a hydraulic press IIRC

I got a rear hub for my 5th gen for £88 off jpr225's shop on eBay. The part looked like OEM quality and has been flawless for over 10 months so far. I will be buying another for the other side when I get around to it.

As bb1boy says, just replace the hub unless you already have a bearing press available.
