Rear bushes are the same bud, just the arms for 4ws/2ws and subframe are different, use the same lca. trailing arms and upper wishbone.

I always use this bud

Gives you all the info you need on bushes
@merlin used these for the toe arms as from memory he reckoned the metal is extremely thin so maybe not the best for changing the bushes.

Added advantage is you can set the toe right and preserve tyre life.
Also if your planning on buying parts to bush and fitting all at once make sure you get the rear upper arms with the added strengthening plates that I believe is on all 5th gens as merlin shows, reason I'm saying this is the rear lca's and trailing arms can be used of 4th gens which might help finding parts easier.

I am convinced I have bent one of my arms, although I have never got around to checking it. I all of a sudden had a wheel alignment issue that was traced to the rear passenger wheel (the side that takes all the punishment from Knockhill).
The 5th gen rear upper arms come from the factory with a strengthening plate on them:

Fronts is a different kettle of fish if your doing that but tbh i don't know enough about the type-s front components but bush wise the es site should help.
