Bb1 or bb4? Confused....

Post by MrsGreeny » Mon May 26, 2014 7:15 pm

So me and mr Greeny always thought Bb4 was import and bb1 was UK. @GreenyUK has a bb1 and I thought I had a bb4. However looking at the chassis code it says I have a bb1. Everything on the car though is jap ie stickers, manual and it's got the jap number plate surround, folding mirrors, H22a engine....

Little bit confused. Can someone enlighten me please. :?:

BB1 is 4ws VTEC (all regions)
BB4 is non 4WS VTEC (JDM only)

Just to confuse matters the car in the pictures has a JDM boot lid and a UKDM rear bumper!
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

Yes , The seat monster will munch you up one day when you least expect it!

Don't let the mismatch put you off though. Not many cars get through 20 odd years with the same bumpers. All UKDM and JDM panels are interchangeable.

BTW I forgot to welcome you to LG, so welcome aboard! :)
