Rubber wear! Can't figure the problem

Hello, this is my first post so I'd like to just say a little about my Prelude before I start.
I've had the car for a year and a half now. It is a 1998 SH model and have done some work to it, I've added lambo door hinges, two amps and 4 subwoofers, underglow, foot lighting and lights in the vent. I
I've recently got 18' rims and brand new tires put on them, BUT before I put them on my car I want to fix a problem I've had since I got it. My driver side tire has either its camber or toe is way off, therefore the top of my tire sticks much to far under my fender.
Now I have recently replaced the wheel bearings in the front aswell as all the ball joints on the driver side, where my problem is. Half a year back I went for an alignment and the shop told me they couldn't adjust it to be in spec so they got it as close as it could..
Now last week I blew my passenger front tire, the inside wear pattern was disgusting, now my driver side has the very awkward looking tire,
First of all, I know an alignment won't fix it, so would my driver side tire being as it is wear the passenger side like it did?
Also, i read that the tie rod linkage could fix my issue, so if I do replace my inner and outer tie rod ends could an alignment then fix the issue?
Lastly, I've wanted to add front camber kits to my SH lude but seems most kits are for the base model. (Since I am putting a 215/35R18 tire on soon I want to ensure the inner rubber does not rub on the fender) could anyone point me to a quality camber kit either for the control arm or for a ball joint replacement. Thank you!!
