steering wheel

Post by ziyaan » Sat Apr 05, 2014 6:24 pm

im trying to remove the steering wheel from the 4th gen im breaking.

the left side torx screw was easy to get to, the panel on the bottom side is for access to the srs plug.

but i cant work out how to get to the right torx screw because the Cruise Control control unit is in the way. im sure that is screwed in with 2 small phillips screws.

so without breaking anything

how do i get in???

Found it now in page 666 of the 4th gen service manual... CC set resume buttons has a cap that clips off.
