I didn't know that you had to re-grease your poly bushes.. It's only after reading here and some where else that they need service themselves.

So is it easy or is it an professional job?

And what is actually required for you to do?

I have mine polibushed for around 2yrs. Never did any regreasing job and they absolutely fine. So I think it's a gosip.
Anyway if you really wanna do it you will need special poli grease. I've seen it on ebay usa for some silly money. Job is as easy as any other on suspension. I know it because once i was swaping polis between my brothers in law civics when one get smashed

sure I've read on here about people power washing the bushes annually and spraying with silicone grease?

Ideally I think you need to remove each bush, best one at a time, slide the pivot cylinder out and grease in between before sliding it back and tightening up the bolt. The poly bush grease is so thick that's the only way you can get it to where it's needed.

The issue is that the crush tubes are not stainless, so they will corrode over time and that will of course wear the bushes.
So yeah, a bit of maintenance now and then is good.
