DC2 wheel in 4th gen

Post by indigolemon » Wed Feb 22, 2012 9:06 pm

Apparently, this will work, and should be a direct swap. Sadly it's going to be rather expensive to find out if this is correct or not, so - does anyone have a DC2 (or just a DC2 wheel) and a 4th gen, and an adventurous nature?

I hope someone does and tries it soon, as explaining why I have bought a steering wheel that doesn't fit any cars to my wife is going to be difficult when i finally give in to curiosity. :poke:

I think you have to find a 96spec wheel. The 98spec wont work.....I THINK!

This is the annoying thing Ratty, apparently the 98 will, and has an airbag too. But do I drop £90 to find out if the internet is lying to me

£90 is a good price for a DC2 wheel.
If it ends up not being a straight fir you wil get your money back selling it on. :)

Cool. I was going to say, I've been looking at steering wheel bosses for the 4th and the one I'm considering getting is compatible with...

- Honda Civic EG - 92-95
- Acura Integra - 94-01
- Honda Accord - 90-93
- Honda Prelude - 92-96
- Honda Del Sol - 93-97

Suggesting all the OEM wheels would be interchangeable (... In theory ;-) )

Realised I never updated this! Yes - a DC2 wheel will fit straight into a 4G lude 8-)
