Yeah i didnt like the idea of taking a hammer to the new joints. i was even tempted to buy my own press as they have themn pretty cheap in machine mart! :D

If I had a proper shed ide buy a press but unfortunately I live in 1st flloor flat so have nowhere to put new tools etc

Are the rear wheel bearings on a 4th gen replaceable as in can u just replace the bearing itself or do u have to buy the whole hub/bearing kit only reasob I ask is because I cant afford to buy brand new or if anybody knows where I can get a brand new one cheap enough as my passenger rear bearing is completely goosed??

I got a brand new hub for my 5th from edmund walker factors for £80
Dunno if theres a branch near you
