just drive it then. I bet its a lost socket in the bottom of the boot or a spare key in the chassis.

Has anyone here got any personal experience with polyurethane bushes. I'm particularly interested in any detriment to ride comfort. Do they make the ride quite harsh or isn't it that bad? Also, have any other problems occurred?

What shocks do you have? If oem of any kind you will not really feel it. the bushes will not make it 'harder' by much but if you are riding on 15 year old rubber I dare say you will notice a difference for a short while. you will mainly feel more feedback through the wheel and a little more sensation of road surface through your bum. hardly an effect but there. After a while you wont notice it and the car will just feel solid and planted.

Like I say, new bushes will be 20% firmer than new rubber bushes so not much difference on the toss. Those same brand new bushes might be 78% firmer than the old worn rubbers on your car at the moment so be ready to feel the car respond faster and with more vim for a while.

I've got the optional Honda lowered sports suspension (Motegi).

Poly bushes and brand new OEM bushes have very little difference. But poly bushes will last longer and may be a tad stifer. But suspension coils and springs will effect the stiffness more.

Ddpends on what poly bush you get also Ratty, there are 2 different sorts from Scott at H-Tune, black or Red (thats the colours i got to choose anyway) black being the hardest. I went for black for my lude but im yet to fit them. Ill do it when i get my new coilovers / anti roll bars.

They are the same hardness just one is graphite inpreganated.
No difference in hardness.

I will go down this route but it will be the very last thing i do since benefits elsewhere make wayyy more difference.
Like Coilovers and roll bars.

The graphite wear faster, the red need more maintenance.
