I will check, but it's the same on both sides and looking around the rear of the hub, the wheel bearing is all the way in. Thanks the suggestions, keep em coming. I'll see if I can find the issue this evening.

Have you tried turning it off then on again?

Are they new CV joints?

I had the same problem turns out they had given me a 3rd Gen CV joint, which although it fits it isn't quite long enough

Not sure, I bet those CV joints have been on my shelf for a few years..so could be from anywhere!! :D

Either I'm very unlucky (most likely) or there is something else....

Anyone happen to have a lude with the front wheels off and can measure from the stub of the front hub - from the base of the splines to the tip of the thread, it would be appreciated with +rep :D
