I spoke to Hond-R. They don't have one unfortunately, but they recommended trying Honda direct for the hell of it, who then transferred me to my nearest parts department in Cambridge, who then transferred me to the servicing department, who told me they have one somewhere but have no idea where it is. They said they'd call me when they've stopped running around like headless chickens looking for it

it suprises me that they weren't sold with the preludes when they were new. Bit like a locking wheel nut. It would have made sense to!
