Thanks Nitin, not a fan of the DC2 wheels, The Enkei's look nice though...... Now that I might be getting my first 5th gen I took a look at your profiles for your Type S and S Spec to get some inspiration, looking forward to seeing the finished product with the S Spec after the respraynitin_s1 wrote:+1,RattyMcClelland wrote:Weds Sa90

Thanks for this, I really don't want any rubbing, how much can I lower by before this becomes an issue? Or what offset do I need to avoid rubbing?Merlin wrote:Not an adventurous recommendation but I like Rota's as they are good value and easy to get hold of. Just because the Type S is white, I can't even decide what color the wheels should be. I was thinking bronze.......NafemanNathan wrote:Why don't you just search 5th gens? I have done a few Google searches but there are not many Type S Preludes about so it is hard to get many ideas.

My 5Zigen's are 17x8 et43 and I recon I'm lowered around 40-50mm. I have absolutely no rubbing whatsoever.
So those Rota Torques for instance, being 8" wide also but with a et48 offset you could run a basic 5mm spacer to achieve the same offset as me without needing to worry about extending the studs. (Anything more than 5mm spacers and it's recommended to extend the studs.)
