Srs reset

The code on the 4WS system is for driving with the parking brake on! So I'm not overly worried about that, as clearly I'm not. That light doesn't come up during normal driving, and 4WS functions normally, so all good.

I agree, I don't see why a code in 4WS should affect clearing one from SRS, but just trying to think of every avenue.

I've got the American Helms manual, which isn't a lot of help, and few relevant pages of a manual I downloaded from t'internet. I found some good info there, and will run some tests to see more precisely where the fault lies. I don't have the full 5th Gen Service Manual, but would love a copy if you know where to find one...?

I'll report back.... in the mean time any pearls of wisdom gratefully received!

On it chaps, bear with me, been harvesting all the manuals from 2nd gen on - hoping to put them on the server so we stop losing the links ( As quite a few were dead when i was checking

)

[edit] @Merlin @wurlycorner Should all be available via the KnowledgeBase now - I've added link protection, so you need to get them via the links on the site (to stop other people raping our bandwidth).

@pencil have a look in the knowledge base section - there's a page with links to download all the Honda service manuals.
The 5th gen manual is at the bottom of the page.
It's the US manual but vast majority of stuff is the same for UKDM (obviously some component locations are swapped!). US market didn't get 4WS though, so there's nothing in it for that system.

Someone on here recently got hold of the pages for the 5G 4WS system... I can't remember who it was though! If we can, should get that added to the Kowledge Base too?
