i have found best way to clean caliper carriers up take them off get them in a vice either use an aggresive file or a flap wheel in a grinder to just clean up the pad contact faces , while there off strip and free up the slider pins

Lo Guys

I had two replacement calipers fitted today and it seems to have fixed the problem

Both rears were HOT when I arrived at the garage this morning (16 mile drive) once done drive back car felt so much better and rear calipers nice and very tepid
