The bad news is that it doesn't look like they have a Hunter machine (which are the best, and I wouldn't use anything else), they didn't lock the 4ws, and that it looks like they've "aimed for the green" rather than trying to get everything even.
For most people, it being within the green is "good enough", but I have always asked for (and, thankfully, now my dad has a Hunter machine of his own, can insist), that everything is absolutely identical.
For my Legnum, front toe is supposed to be 0.0, so this was spot on in the centre.
For my Anglia, we wanted some negative camber on the rear, and wanted an equal amount each side.
This is the difference between having something done, and having something done properly.
For the Anglia, I set this up with an 80kg ballast (ie me) in the driver's seat - I know that BMW specify this when doing alignments on their vehicles, as the weight of a driver can affect the geometry. I don't know whether the Prelude is supposed to be set up "as it stands" without a driver, or with the additional weight of a driver.
