what condition are the tires in? New/Used,

Lots of tread/bald/camber wear/ etc...

Nuts torqued? or hand tight?

Wheels balanced? Bent Rim?

If there were no issues with the 15's then could be any one of these with the new rim and tire combo.

I would also check the engine mounts TBH. The front one is known for tearing and the others can also go.

Engine mounts, downpipe mounts, clutch, gearbox, flywheel. In that order, is what I would suggest checking.

What happens if you did the clutch while at idle. Does it go away then?

Nope. You obviously don't :) I was thinking loose/missing cover plate bolts, loose/breaking up drive plate, loose/missing cover plate straps and springs etc. :) all of which could cause a judder/vibration in the drive train :P :P :P :P
