Yep.
Glad you've got the car back and are enjoying driving it again and if it's working ok, then that's the main thing. But I really have no idea what your garage is talking about.
There is only one caliper used on the back of preludes over a 10 year span. They're readily available from any/everywhere so I don't know how on earth they say they got the wrong one and couldn't get the right one.
And as for 'modifying' a caliper to make it fit?
All very odd I'm afraid...

Quick update

I now have new parted out calipers on my Prelude!

Thanks to Sam aka Samiya85 for the calipers.

The driving/braking is much improved and am over the moon to be driving my car again :mrgreen:

So is there any other models the rear calipers would be the same as on our 4g's and 5g's?
Accords maybe?
Not having much luck for a replacement yet,another option would help :)

tegs with 282 brakes, civic fk's are 282 iirc aswell, rover 623?

Phil I'd facepalm but you obviously skimread so I'll let you off. He's on about rears. We got the bum deal come rears. Think only the civic mb6 has same rears.
