Looks this is an opinions and arseholes thing really... I guess the only way is to try them for yourself and see what works for you?

If it's an ATR setup then you won't go far wrong with blueprint discs & some Ferodo Ds2500 pads.

Oem discs and red stuff pads. Fine for daily drive use. I also have the accord front setup.

Do it.

Blueprint blanks- or brakesinternational blanks are both well up to the job

I'd even fit OEM Honda pads ahead of anything EBC

My opinions:

Discs - any blank disc will do, EBC, Honda OEM, Mintex, Brembo etc.... No point in spending more on grooved, dimpled or drilled discs.

Pads - Normal driving Honda OEM are a good middle ground but Mintex and Pagid etc.. are perfectly fine. I have basic Pagid pads all round on my 5th gen with ATR font brakes. Fast road / mild track - Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HP+. Both have the potential to squeal a little when cold but both have good cold bite and can also take a bit of heat.

Fluid - Castrol React Performance Super Dot 4 or Motul RBF600. Fast road and track I would (and do) use the Castrol stuff as it has approaching the same heat tolerance as the RBF600 but at half the price. For lots of track use go for the Motul RBF600.

Braided hoses - Goodridge, HEL or an equivalent brand.

I had ebc blanks on my lude for a while, didn't like them. They also corroded really quickly. Swapped them out for black diamond drilled and grooved and they were much better. I've also had mtec drilled and grooved more recently and they were spot on too. As for pads I didn't like the ebc redstuff but they were paired up with the ebc blanks that I didn't like so that may explain it. I now run hawk hps pads wherever possible, excellent performance and very low dust, would definitely recommend.
