I had the same issues on my old 4g when i had just the rear bar on yes it was happy to dive into corners but all the action was taking place at the back.
i have an uprated rear bar for my 5g but i am not going to fit it until i have a front one for just that reason it makes the back end really lively and a little bouncy, if it finds a rhythm it will get worse if you know what i mean.
my uprated rear ARB is the only thing polybushed on my 4g and I didn't get any "rear wiggle". could be a 2ws vs 4ws thing though due to the extra camber (I think) the 4ws can be set to maybe?

Ratty doesnt have 4ws i didnt have it with my old 4g either but still got the bouncing wiggly feeling (that sounds so wrong)
that's what I meant, maybe I didn't get it because I have 4ws, and maybe you and ratty got it because you have 2ws - just a thought

Im going to remove this bar.
Its a giant PITA. Soooo incomfortable. I cannot se why no one has commented on it. Not for a daily drive at all.
On a track.....awesome.
Driving out of my village and hitting the country road the rear end is all over the place in a straight line.
Not had the rear end toe fully zeroed yet but i cannot see it helping much at all.
Its just so stiff now. Like the rear is no longer independant.

Ill put the old bar back on a see how it goes.

It doesnt help that these AD08r tyres and my awesome even all round camber follow the road like a snake.

Tanabe sustec. Why is no one else having or commenting on these effects?
Kind of ruined the car 80% of the time.

So you haven't had the rear alignment done yet?

It's aligned but the rear toe is still at 0.06 each side toed in. I can't see that making it so jiggly.
All the alignment companies are always fully booked on a weekend.

A bit of toe in will make it less stable.

What spring rates you running on the back?

Also I take it your running the stock arb an the front?

I run the stock front roll bar. 7kg springs on the back. Dampener settings make no real difference. It's still hard and causes jiggles.

I cant see changing the front roll bar to an updated one making it better but I can try. It's just £230 that's won't be guaranteed to work.
