When I was in having the bb4 MOT'd a couple of weeks ago, the mechanic had one of his mates cars (Fiesta RS Turbo) in and that had just had the wheels refurb'd. I had a look and they looked really good. He couldn't remember where they had been done and I meant to text him to find out... Maybe I'll remember to do it sometime soon!

I ma in Herts and I have used http://www.wheelrefurbishing.co.uk twice now and I rate their work.
Recently I bought 4 Uniroyal Rainsport 3's from Camskill for £58 each, took them and the wheels with old tyres to the above, and they charged £192 to refurb all 4 and fit the new tyres.

kordafish, I could do with getting a set refurbed for my UKDM.
I also have a set of 3g wheels in need of refurb...
That makes 12 wheels

And I have (I think...) 2 spare sets of 4g oem wheels so they could be done without any aggro for having a car on bricks or left with them.
Does that sound like a possible plan?

I had my wheels refurbished by a company in Crawley called WheelWorks.
They did a great job at £60 per wheel.
This is how they look 6 years later. (Only used during the Summer).

I also recommend Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres, (for Summer use). Really grippy.

Yep Iain sounds like a very good cunning plan, do you want to give them a shout and see what they quote etc and then we can work out the other stuff nearer the time, might suggest that I come over to you and collect the wheels in the Zaffy and drop them off since its over my way
What say you
