Took her back too kwik Fit and you guys was right they didn't have a clue about locking the rear actuator off ! But on the plus side they had it on the ramps and she's got new bolts on everything and there isn't one speck of rust any where ! Nuts, exhaust and frame look brand new and she's 16 so that made me smile [WHITE SMILING FACE] the underside was all most as sexy as the body ! Lol
Got money back too
Gonna phone honda tomorrow and see if I can get them to do it properly .
All I need now is a cat for mot and a castle nut for lower ball joint
Cheers guys for your help

Just another thought on this btw...
Check the front engine mount to see if that's torn, it's a common part to tear after this many years and it can make the front end 'tramp' and judder/shake under hard acceleration and going on/off the throttle.

I did notice letting of the throttle made it move left and throttling made it move right but it's a lot .
Which made me discount the moutings but the fount middle engine mount is a red aftermarket one and looks a bit deformed . Spouse I would check this with a big bar and if it's got excessive play change it ?

Ah... Sounds like you have an Energy Suspension polybush insert, like this?

If so it won't be moving anywhere (it's a good solution to torn front mounts) but check to see if the rear one has been done as well. If not, it's possible that your other mounts might be torn. I didn't do Lisa's rear mount (oo-err obviously!) at the same time originally, or re-torque them all in the right order and her gearbox mount is slightly torn now as a result.
