Definately Meister's mate.

the company has a big online presence on the tuner forums, especially the civic forums where they are extremely popular.

Meister vavles their coilovers SPECIFICALLY to each vehicle, giving superior ride quality and handling.

even though most coilovers look exactly the same, they're very different inside...and that's where all the money goes.

believe me i've found out the hard way, onto my third set of coilovers, i'm currently running a £2.5k set of EK9 Ohlins coilovers imported directly from japan.

and thats the problem. they are valved for japanese roads which are almost perfect. over here they just don't ride right...and these are top-end coilovers.

the difference between meister and most of the rest is that they are specifically designed and valved for UK roads, designed to handle all the ruts and poor surfaces but still handle amazingly.

when you order BC coilovers...even if you specify different springs, they are not valved specifically for the UK and they will just bung different springs on the same single damper unit.

Luckily for me there are 2 people in the whole UK authorised by Ohlins to rebuild & revalve their coilovers...and one of them happens to be up the road at silverstone :-) we're revalving and re-springing them for the ultimate oem-feeling but top-end handling...but revalving a set of Ohlins is £600 :-O

It's all about the valving, talk to Jerrick @ Meister, drop him an email, you'll find him the most helpful and insightful guy who's only happy to assist, even if you're not buying.

if you want something awesome, check out Meister GT1 suspension, £1550 but we're talking ultimate handling, ultimate comfort, 5yr corrosion warranty on the coilovers and a lifetime warranty on all the internal seals, that's how confident they are!!

i was planning to have the first set of these ever fitted to an EK9 civic, until i realised i could re-valve my ohlins for less.
