Prolly tried this already, but as insane as it may sound..
have you cleaned your ABS sensors?
I had this for ages on mine - and it only buggered off once I cleaned all the bum droppings off my front offside ABS sensor & sprocket when I replaced a split boot..
I know it was the front on mine - but it might be worth look..
