16x8 wheels, what ET am I looking for a 4gen?

Hello guys,

I gave a quick look but I still confused

I have 2 questions

If I'll choose a set of wheels in 16x8 will they fit my 4gen lowered in 35mm?
And if yes, what ET am I looking for?

Sorry if is a dumb question or if there is somewhere an answer and I didn't see it
I just don't want make a mistake buying what will not fit on my car
